The 32 LCD HDTV Sony BRAVIA KDL-32M4000 is one of the better television sets in the 32-inch category with its accurate color registration and connectivity features.  As with most LCD televisions, the 32 LCD HDTV Sony BRAVIA KDL-32M4000 comes in a glossy black finish, but updated with rounded corners and a subtle matte black border around the frame.  Its speakers are conveniently stashed away from plain view with perforated speaker grilles long the bottom of the television unit.  The general look is so-so with very little to differentiate it from other 32-inch television sets.

It registers deeper blacks than other brands that make pictures pop out from the screen.  Picture controls are likewise not as extensive as other cheaper brands.  There are three picture modes and three color temperature pre-sets in the Sony BRAVIA KDL-32M4000.  For the amount that it fetches in the market, this television model is quite on the expensive side.  But those looking for a reliable and dependable brand, the 32 LCD HDTV Sony BRAVIA KDL-32M4000 is an option if the budget allows for the increment in price.

The upside to the Sony BRAVIA KDL-32M4000 is its connectivity.  While it only has two HDMI inputs, others have three, this model has a back panel complete with slots for most imaginable audio-visual equipment.  It has two component-video inputs, inputs for PC, AV, S-Video, RF for cable and antenna, and outputs for stereo analog, and optical digital audio.  Aside from the back panel, there is an addition of a side panel that contains another AV input and a headphone jack.
